About
I spent 16 years in top management consulting, with Kearney and Arthur D. Little, advising corporations at C-level across Europe. W orked in a broad range of industries, managing 60+ complex projects in strategy, turnaround and innovation management, including several buy-side due diligences for VC/PE clients. In 2013 i switched to management coaching, innovation and startup building: 3 times Founder&CEO, advisor to scale-ups and innovative SMEs, mentor with incubators. With an Italian startup investment firm, I designed and managed A-Road, a unique acceleration and fundraising program supporting promising early stage startups towards their Series A round. In 2022 began to work as advisor to large companies in business model innovation, open innovation and corporate venturing, with focus on emerging technologies. Lately i co-authored the book “Now and New”: a comprehensive approach on how corporates can use their capabilities for scaling innovation and generating new growth.
