Yong Yao is a senior finance executive and board director with more than 27 years of international experience across public and private companies in biotechnology, life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, logistics, and real estate. He currently serves as CFO and EVP of Lobe Sciences Ltd. and as Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair of PSIG Group (NASDAQ: PSIG). His background includes capital markets, financial reporting, governance, fundraising, M&A, and cross-border finance leadership. Mr. Yao holds an MBA from McGill University, a BSc in Biology from Nankai University, and FCMA and CGMA designations.
